We've always been fascinated by true crime in our area. The stories featured in our blog are true crimes that occurred in hometowns in the Indiana Midwest areas of the United States.  We strive to tell the stories of the true crimes that rocked small communities with the utmost respect for the victims and survivors.  Our goal is spread awareness of the crimes that we don't think, but certainly do, occur in our small communities in hopes of justice for the families of these loved ones.

A cold case is just that—an investigation of a crime, usually a violent one, where all leads have been exhausted and the trail has gone cold.
